I worked with Charlotte for over two years during which time she led our team in North America with passion and integrity. She takes a pride in her interpersonal relationships with her team, peers and clients alike. During her tenure, her business went through a period of fantastic growth and Charlotte successfully built a strong team to deliver all aspects of the business results. One of her skills I really admired, is her commitment to diversity. She was actively involved in promoting equality in the workplace through several of the employee groups and networks that Sodexo runs as well as ensuring her own team reflected a diverse and inclusive environment
I've known Charlotte professionally for over 20 years, and in 2013 was promoted to Director of Sports & Entertainment for ABM, for the first time reported to Charlotte who was SVP for S&E. Over the next four years working under Charlotte's direction and training we doubled the size of our operation landing some of the newest Stadiums and Arenas coming out of the ground. As I'm writing this letter I am now the Vice President of S&E Nationally and I owe a huge part of my success directly to Charlotte. Charlotte is a Leader, Trailblazer, Mentor and a Friend. Any organization would be lucky to have Charlotte as a member.
I had the pleasure to work with Charlotte on the Sodexo NORAM Region Leadership Council. She was one of the first leaders I met on the council. She is authentic, laser focused on the customer, an exceptional negotiator and an all around good person. Charlotte's pragmatic view of problem solving is also one of her strengths.
Charlotte and I worked together on Sodexo’s North American Executive Leadership team. I found her to be a very strong and effective leader, with an authentic, open & honest, motivating leadership style. She always brought passion and innovative ideas to our leadership discussions, and ensured we addressed the “elephant in the room” to advance the dialogue and get to the root cause of an issue. She also has a great sense of humor, which made working with her very enjoyable.
Charlotte is a singularly effective leader and it was a pleasure to work with her. She is a solid operator who has garnered high praise from colleagues and clients, and her team-building and communications skills are outstanding. Charlotte's passion around diversity and inclusion is inspiring as she continues to advance equity and social justice
Charlotte’s strategic leadership style is open and inclusive while delivering transparent and direct communication internally and externally. Her passion for gender parity has led Charlotte to mentoring dozens of leaders believing that ALL team members need to be client facing and understand the core of the business, and that there is a difference between feeling included and invited. As a passionate client advocate, Charlotte also has a tremendous amount of humility and respect for front-line teams and the amount of hard work that goes into ensuring clients and guests are well taken care of, regardless of the vertical
